Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS

All orders are shipped within 5 business days. (Monday - Friday) 

Free shipping to all U.S. orders over $50. 

Please ensure you have the correct delivery address for your package. If any packages are shipped back due to incorrect address you will be responsible for any returned shipping fees. 

PRIORITY MAIL/EXPRESS

You may upgrade to Priority Mail/Express which includes a tracking number and will be insured for up to $100. Your package will be processed and shipped with in 48 hours (Monday-Friday).

We are working as quickly as we can to fulfill your order. Please allow 48 hours to fulfill your order, before contacting us about shipment confirmation. Thank you.

 

    Return Policy

    WE OFFER REFUNDS as well as STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Returns/Exchanges:

    Our policy last 14 days from receipt of item. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit or refund unless the item is damaged in shipping.

    To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused/worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • All accessories are FINAL SALE
    • Bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE
    • Sale items are FINAL SALE-Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded
    • Gift Cards are FINAL SALE
    • Damaged items due to wear or at store owner discrepancy
    Exchanges:
    • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the received date.
    • Original invoice/receipt MUST be included in your return package.
    • Merchandise MUST be unwashed and unworn. If items are not in the original condition a store credit or refund will not be issued and items will be donated to a local charity.
    • Please allow 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for return processing. Thank you for your patience.
    • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
